Junior Hockey Club

All girls from 2nd class through to 1st year are welcome to join our Junior Hockey Club which will run from September 2010 to March 2011.

This club could be for you if you would like to avail of top level coaching, meet new friends, be part of a team, learn new skills and above all HAVE FUN!

Start of 2010-2011 season

Junior training starts on Friday 17th September 2010.

Mini Tournament - Saturday 25th September 2010

To start the season off with a bang there will be a mini tournament for all girls on Saturday, 25th September, from 12:00-13:00, in High School. 

Afterwards there will be a bbq (price €5) for anyone who would like to stay on to enjoy the atmosphere & watch some of the senior club members play their own tournament in the afternoon (starting straight after at 13:00).

League Matches

We will be entering the older age group into a league this season so there will be plenty of match experience for them.  It is likely that most of the matches will be played on Saturdays. 

We may also be entering the younger age group into a league but if this does not go ahead there will be friendly matches arranged for them throughout the year.
